How does it work?

1. Contact a forwarder (like shiptoAmz.com) to submit products and shipment information. (Can be done by you or your supplier)
2. Your supplier send your products to your forwarder(DAP terms),  or your forwarder pick up your products from your forwarder (EXW terms).
3. Your products get inspected.
4. You receive inspection report.
5. You approve.
6. Problems fixed(if any).
7. Shipment shipped out to Amazon FBA or 3PL.

What do they do?

1. Check shipping cartons condition, shipping labels, carton size, carton weight. Are cartons proper? 
2. Check product package, product FNSKU labels. Do FBA shipping labels match products inside? Are products packed properly?
3. Insect products outlook and function. Test / try products when needed (may need your approval in some cases). Will this product likely to cause a bad review or return?
4. Report of problems, faulty quantity, what may caused these problems? How to fix them? Any costs involved? 
5. You approve.
6. Fix problems.
7. Give suggestion for the future. Help with building relationship between you and your supplier.
